THE BRIEF
ServiceNow was ahead of the curve when it came to utilizing A.I. agents to create unique chatbots. I was asked to help launch their suite of A.I. features with a campaign depicting how helpful the tools can be for completing all those small, time-consuming tasks.

Introducing the lovable, ServiceNow A.I. Guy and his family of chatbots. It started with a single episode, but following the success of the initial video, ServiceNow commissioned 5 more to debut even more features and the entire chatbot family. They can’t help but be helpful…it’s just how they’re made!
